PROPOSITION DESIGN
The PerspActive cooperation is established to realize impact at scale on the issue of (youth) employment and job creation. Working in a cooperation results in efficiency and the development of a common track record.Thriving on the expertise, proven methods and networks of our members and enhancing these with actors from other sectors we develop propositions to change job market systems and provide youths with decent jobs and a stable income. We operate pro-actively in order to develop well-thought and innovative propositions. To implement our propositions we use the assets of our members and pro-actively partner with funding organizations and capital investors.
